However, working out helps lessens your stress and putting a few exercise moves when you wake up or after work is a must. 1. Weight Training

Everyone should know that weight training is important to help build up your muscles and reduce your fat. Start with a simple move of using a small dumbbell and perform moves such as bicep curls, inclined dumbbell fly and incline dumbbell press. Do it while you are watching the television or lying on the bed. It may seem simple at first but you will definitely feel your muscles work throughout the end.

2. Planks

4. Sit-ups
