1. Over Exfoliating
Exfoliating your skin is a must to deeply clean the dirt away from your pores. It will make you feel clean and fresh but unfortunately doing it too much damages your skin. Try to limit it to twice a month only as the scrub may be too rough especially for those with sensitive skin.

3. Taking Extreme Hot Showers
Hot showers can be refreshing and relaxing especially after a long day of work. However, keep the period short as showering in extreme hot water for too long can cause the skin to become dry as it strips off your natural skin oil. 4. Not Changing Pillowcase Frequently
Many of you may have overlooked this point and tend to ignore that it actually brings an impact to your skin. As we sleep, the oils secreted from our face and hair onto our pillowcase. As gross as it sounds, it plays a role and it is a must for you to regularly change your pillowcase.
